Delivery, Shipping and Installation Policy
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days within Cairo and Giza, and from 3 to 20 days maximum in other governorates.
- Delivery is free within Cairo and Giza, while the shipping costs for the rest of the governorates can be known by the consumer when entering the order, where he chooses the region and then inquires about the shipping costs before confirming the order.
Once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the order details and number and a text message with the order number.
The company official will contact you by phone to set the delivery date.- The delivery representative will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date during the route.
- The product is delivered against a receipt from the company, and if the customer requests a tax invoice, the customer will contact the company official to request the tax invoice and it will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of the order and the invoice will be sent via WhatsApp.
- After receiving the product, the customer calls the hotline 19595 to set an installation date and activate the warranty.
