Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • Customers can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is packed and in its original condition
  • Shipping fees are not refundable if the order is returned after delivery to the customer
  • In the event that the product is damaged or defective, the customer can request to return it within 30 days. Once the item has been inspected and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund the whole amount paid along with any shipping charges incurred.
