Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Customers can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is packed and in its original condition
Shipping fees are not refundable if the order is returned after delivery to the customer
In the event that the product is damaged or defective, the customer can request to return it within 30 days. Once the item has been inspected and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund the whole amount paid along with any shipping charges incurred.
- If the customer wants to replace any order, he can cancel it and re-enter the new order.
If the order was previously paid by Visa and then the customer canceled it before order confirmation and delivery, the entire amount
will be refunded to the customer, including the shipping fees on the customer’s Visa card within 15 days, or depending on the customer’s bank transfer expected duration.
When the order is returned after delivery:
1. In the case of cash payments: The customer service will communicate with the customer to know the preferred method to return the amount (either by transferring it to
to the customer's bank account or the customer service will direct the customer to the nearest store to collect the amount)2. In the case of pre-payment with the visa:the amount will be refunded on the customer’s visa card within 15 days or depending on the customer’s bank transfer expected duration
